一.Acceptance clients inquiry /booking authorization
1. Acknowledge clients needs by communicating
Commodity , packages , gross weight ,package dimension, POL , POD , Senders’ & receivers’ title ,address ,contact and payment term (like prepaid /collect ,DDU ,DDP ,EXWORK ) and estimated shipping time .
二.Booking & Booking confirmation & then notify clients
1. Settle down the service rates & conditions if any
2. Arrange booking with air line;Remarking the Air Line with special request ,like of way of cargo sending & arrival time .
3. Offer entry instruction with remarkable points : Entry Number / Arrival time / dispatch address, documents receiver address , any request when sending to warehouse & the contact person with contact number at the warehouse .
三.Custom & delivery
1. Cargo weighed : Cargo must be weighed before entry warehouse ,then confirm the datas for custom documents ; Do reconfirm with clients if there big difference between warehouse datas & the one clients offer .
2. BL confirmation : confirm draft bls one day before flying & then offer final bls as A/L ‘s request .
3. Export Custom declaration : Custom broker deliver to Custom office the documents & relating documents which have been checked & confirmed by documents team.
4. Delivery to Air line . Deliver the cargo to warehouse with the Custom Releasing sheet ; Cargo entry the supervisor warehouse ; cargo inspected & packaged .
四.Documents arrangement / Sending pre-alrert to clients or oversea agents
Forward the BL to Shipper and MWB to oversea agents if the cnee collum show their name .
五.Invoice issuing & Customs drawbacks
1. Offering the invoice to clients (which showing payor’s company title ) issuing formal invoices ; collecting the payments
2. Issuing the debit notes to oversea agents & copy to account
3. Custom drawbacks must be under supervor under account who need to feedback to clients according the payment condition & contract agreement .

2. Stupefacient drugs ----Which need Shipping certificate from Hygiene department .
3. Audio Visual products ---which need Shipping certificate from Sosial culture supervisor department
4.Liquit or powder products---- Property Statement is needed
5. Seafood ---Special packaging is requested accordingly local request .
6 Restriction or prohibit products by government
