一.受理客户查询/预订授权
1. 通过沟通确认客户需求
商品、包装、毛重、包装尺寸、POL、POD、发送方和接收方的名称、地址、联系方式和付款条件（如预付费/收款、DDU、DDP、EXWORK）以及预计发货时间。
二.预订和预订确认，然后通知客户
1.确定服务费率和条件（如有）
2.通过航空公司安排预订；对航空公司提出特殊要求，如货物发送和到达时间。
3.提供有显著要点的输入指令：输入编号/到达时间/发送地址、文件接收者地址、发送到仓库时的任何请求以及仓库有联系电话的联系人。
三.Custom & delivery
1.货物称重：货物必须在入库前称重，然后确认海关文件的数据；如果仓库数据与客户提供的数据之间存在很大差异，请与客户再次确认。
提单确认：在飞行前一天确认汇票，然后根据提单的要求提供最终提单。
3.出口报关：报关员将文件团队检查和确认的文件和相关文件交付给海关办公室。
4.输送至空气管路。凭《海关放行单》将货物交付至仓库；货物进入监管仓库；货物经过检验和包装。
四.文件安排/向客户或海外代理商发送预先批准
如果cnee collom显示其名称，则将BL转发给发货人，将MWB转发给海外代理商.
五.发票开具& Customs drawbacks
1.向开具正式发票的客户提供发票（显示付款人的公司名称）；收取付款
2.向海外代理人开具借条并抄送至账户
3.定制缺陷必须由需要根据付款条件和合同协议向客户反馈的主管承担.

Download the blank consignment , fill in correct info & then forward back with stamp on
3.Request on delivery
Pls do advise the commodity info including the quantity ,weight ,sender’s name & contact numbers & cargo receiver address .
Pls do confirm well the company name & cargo with the local service people

Better arrange cargo sending within above mentioned period ,pls do contact inadvance if over this mentioned period .
Below commodity would not be accepted :
1.Living animals or plants ( including the products of living animals or plants ) ----which need the certificate of inspections from Inspection Institution of Living animals & plants
2. Stupefacient drugs ----Which need Shipping certificate from Hygiene department .
3. Audio Visual products ---which need Shipping certificate from Sosial culture supervisor department
4.Liquit or powder products---- Property Statement is needed
5. Seafood ---Special packaging is requested accordingly local request .
6 Restriction or prohibit products by government
For a smooth shipping , pls do advise in advance if any over weight or over dimension products .
